Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
For exchanges due to personal preference (size change, design preference, etc.), courier charges must be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or message. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment status.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

KAITHOLA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners. However, we will assist you in coordinating with the courier service to resolve any issues.
In case of lost shipments, we will investigate the matter with the courier partner before initiating a replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. KAITHOLA will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
